How we make our articles

We work from primary sources: company announcements, research papers, regulatory filings, official blogs and on-the-record statements. Every article links to the sources its facts come from, so you can check them yourself.

Our articles are drafted with the help of AI writing tools, working from those sources. Before anything is published, automated checks look for problems that AI tools are known for: links to pages that were not among the sources, link text that names something the linked page is not about, and quotation marks around words that do not appear in the sources. Articles marked “Reviewed by” were read and checked by our editor before publication. Featured images on news articles are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real events, unless a photo credit says otherwise.

How we are funded

Tech World News is funded by advertising and, on some articles, affiliate links: if you buy a product through one of those links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links never decide what we cover or what we say about a product, and articles containing them say so.
