How to File a Claim
Submitting your claim is straightforward. Visit the official Lopez Voice Assistant Settlement website to start. If you received a notification by email or postcard, you should have a claim ID and confirmation code using them speeds up the process. If you didn’t get a code, you can still file online without one.
Each eligible device can get up to $20, though actual payments may be less depending on how many claims are filed. The more people who participate, the smaller each share becomes because the settlement amount is fixed.
A final court hearing to approve the settlement is scheduled for August 1, 2025. Once approved, payments will be distributed to those who submitted valid claims.
